Menstrual cycle delayed by 4 days
Sir my last period was on 25. .and the next period shoud be 6 days before that means on19. .but upto this time does not come. . Could you guide me,how to start easily. . . .0ls

If u have been sexually active,do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy,and if Negative u should wait for few days as sometimes due to changes in diet , physical activity,stress etc the periods get delayed,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
