Menstrual cycle abnromal
I have been having really bad menstrual cycle way worse and intense than normal it is very concerning. The pain is excruciating I not only feel it in my lower stomach, but in my back. My period blood is a lot darker than normal and when I took put my tampon a very strange substance came out that never came out before, it was clear and slimy like egg whites, I don't know if this is just a bad period or something that I need medical attention for.

First you must get an ultrasound done for lower abdomen to rule out for any PCOs PID or any other issue and along with that get ur necessary blood tests done along with harmonal profile for any imbalance , deficiency or Infection.
