Menorraghia for 60 days

Asked for Female, 26 Years

There has been bleeding for 60 days straight. It stopped after 40 days and resumed within a week. I haven't considered taking any hormone pills but I'm getting nutrition deficit. My doctor suggested I take regesterone for 3 days(6 pills) (46th day) and it stopped but it resumed again after 3 days but only this time the bleeding is very heavy and cramping. Can I take trapic - 500 mg for 3 days make it stop. I have no thyroid or sugar. I have also been taking biovit woman
