Menopause nd weight gain
I have been recently diagnosed with menopause at an early age of 34 years ..my Weight has also increased from 68 to 80 in a year ..The tests suggest I don't have diabetes or thyroid still I m not able to reduce weight .. Please help

Dear patient, Menopause is absence of menses for a year which puts you at increased risk of cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis. So you need to control your weight by lifestyle changes and splitting your total diet 4 - 5 times per day. Start calcium supplements.
