My mother is 52 years old and weighs 75kgs, and has not had menopause yet. Her menstrual cycle in December last month was really light - it was hardly noticeable, could even say it did not happen. This month again in January she is experiencing a regular menstrual cycle. Please advise if it is an area of concern if the menopause has not happened yet. Should she be seeking a gynaecologist or is this something not to worry about?

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area.
I presume that you may not be aware of so many problems faced by your mother because she won't discuss with you.
Let it be a frank discussion between your mother and the Gynaecologist. Everything is not for tele-consultation.
