Meniscus tear
I had fallen 3 months bk &injured my knee it was pain while stretching ,,j did mri it confirmed meniscal tear ,, doc told to hv surgery since then i m doing exercises &pranayams ,,i m able to do all my routine work,bt sometimes it really pains.i hv heard tht it can heal with time by doing pranayams,i dont want to hav surgery.wt can i do?

Mensicus doesn't heal by itself it's just that u learn to live with it in case it is a complete tear u will need surgery if not now may be later u can do knee strengthening exs to increase power of the muscles
