Meningitis?
I had an ear infection Sunday. Severe ear pain - went to the hospital and got antibiotics. As my ear pain started fading away I noticed a headache, chills, cough. The bad flu like symptoms are gone. But I’m currently experiencing muscle pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Is it from me laying on the couch for three days, meningitis or something else?
I’m most worried about meningitis. Though no symptoms started til Sunday except a previous sinus infection.

Symptoms of meningitis will be much severe and you will not be in position to type this question. Probably you are suffering from post viral symptoms and usually simple over the counter analgesics and hot compresses to neck is all that is required
