I had a meniscus tear but pain and discomfort is heavily gone, I am walking without any support, but at times I get a pinching pain in my knee area, does it mean menescus is not healed and I need to show a doctor?

If meniscus tear was diagnosed by MRI, one needs to know type,extent and location of tear since healing varies due to above factors.In general meniscus healing is poor hence one need to be examined thoroughly with further investigations.
