The symptom profile is indicative of depressive disorder. I would like to know that from how long r u having these problems? If persistent then u need to consult a psychiatrist who ll start u on Antidepressants. In addition to this cognitive behaviour therapy will also help. Rejuvenate yourself regularly. Spend quality time with your family and avoid undue stress. Do yoga or exercise a bit. These will surely help u.

Description of your symptoms indicate likely depression. If it is severe, prolonged and impacting in someways you'll need treatment by a psychiatrist. Also get into good lifestyle practices like yoga, meditation, relaxation, healthy eating, sleeping hygiene including addressing any stresses you may be facing and realistic scheduling of your daily activities will help. You will benefit from cognitive behavior therapy too. Regards
