1. Unable to sleep at night..even if i sleep at night, it is disturbed. Sometimes I can sleep well in afternoons
2. If I am watching movies or TV shows, to understand what is happening I should pause every 20 seconds and recall what happened till now
3. If I have to recall a list or name, I find it very difficult to get them immediately
4. Once in a while, I can’t make out if things are real or memory…Like whatever happened even in morning feels like a distant memory
