I want to help regarding my memory and concentration I revise my chapter more than 6 times but after that I unable to learn when I read any line I can't understand any word and feel depressed, think too much always and nows situation is I can't study for a min while from two or three months ago my study sitting was minimum 6 hrs and feeling pain in my whole body specially in legs and muscles.
I can't sleep before 12AM even if I try.
