If someone takes 5mg of melatonin for a few weeks, do they need to increase the dosage because the effectiveness of melatonin decreases over the time? I've heard mixed opinions about this and I'm not sure what to believe. Can you help clarify this for me?
Have to keep increasing dosage?
Please don't make me confuse with just yes or no
Please answer my question
Is it myth?
Is it fact?

Hi Dear friend, Listen sometimes tolarance happens , means you can't maintain on same dose ,always start with low dose , suppose you are not maintaining well on that dose then only need to increase, it's not like that always need to increase dose if melatonin it's just your misconceptions, along with that maintain your lifestyle and daily exercise that will help you out in sound sleep and avoid any type gadget atleast 30 mins before sleep
