Melasma on cheeks
I hv melasma on both cheeks frm last 2yrs
and there are dark patches on the sides of my cheeks that are dark and some patches are in red color, I hv used betnovate cream bt discontinued it frm last 6 months

Hello,if its melasma,use sunscreen with spf 30 daily for 3 hrs.stop betnovate cream it has side effects.use skin lightening creams at night after consulting Dermatologist.there are certiain treatments like peels which taken regularly will help in reducing severity of melasma.
