Can meftal Spas drops given to 1 month baby for gases/poop related problems? Our doctor has suggested but I see online that it should not be given for babies less than 6 months old

Yes better you avoid it. As such gas and poop issue is not the worrisome issues. Only if baby cries a lot because of gas, you may ..give Colicaid 5 drops
