Medicines for kids
Could you please suggest medicines for kids to stop motions and vomitings . And she usually doesn't take food properly. please suggest some medication for appetite increase.

Appetite increasing medicines are not advised. Give a variety of foods and avoid the junk diffs and packaged items. For loose stools and booming, please book a consultation to get a prescription. Syp zinconia 5 ml once daily x 14 days to decrease the frequency and severity of loose stools.you can give Econorm 1 sachet twice daily x 5 days. You can use Syp Ondem 8 hourly x 2 days then SOS 30-45 minute before meal for vomiting. ORS after each large stool 10ml/kg body weight For prescribing dose of Ondem weight of child needed Watch for urine output. Report to nearest hospital if decreased urine output , increased frequency of large Stools, blood in stool and of child is not accepting orally.

For vomiting Ondem can be used. Dose is as per weight so please contact directly for a prescription. For loose motions give ORS. Please contact directly for better guidance about appetite
