Medicines for fissures
I have pain after passing stools... while passing stools pain is less but later it is for hrs.. i dont see blood in stools.. i sit for long hours for working. Kindly advise medicine if any?

Suspension cremaffin 3 tsf at night, shield ointment locally in anal area before and after deafication, twice daily. Sits in luke warm water tub ( sitz bath) . If no response , then go to consult surgeon for local dilatation. Drink plenty of water, light soft bland diet.
