I take alfa alfa malt daily ...my question is can i take alfa alfa malt after heavily overeat ...yesterday i overeat heavily then alfa alfa malt... So i today ...but taking malt cause more acidity n stomach pain nausea ...plz auggest that should i stop alfa alfa malt for few days or not
