Appetite normally relates to healthy liver, and to nature of daily activities. Alfa alfa tincture or Alfa alfa malt or Alfa alfa tonic (any one thing ) the maximum for 20 to 30 days gives the result. Its not to be taken asyour diet for ever.If your appetite vis a vis your body built up and energy level can be co-related in normal way then its fine otherwise poor appetite will lower your energy level and immunity level.
