Medicine not dissolved. In my body?

I always have fatigue and weakness..after waking up it worsen..my stool is not clear properly everytime and mucus is also there...there are some nuerological problem also..doctor says that I have IBS with anxiety disorder... my usg shows my liver is growing little bit and endoscopy is normal..but taking many medicines with many tests for years  nothing happening.. recently I showed that my medicines like rejunex cd3 whole tablet is present in my stool..I noticed it many times as it is a big hard tablet..so i started swallow it as broken ..but I noticed that half of tablet sometimes in the stool again...i didn't notice the small tablets as the are small..I didn't understand what is the issue..and is this the reason that taking many medicines for many months nothing happening as my medicines didn't dissolved in my body ???
