Is reeshape 120mg really effective for rapid weight loss and are there any other alternative medicines which are better. I have PCOS and weigh 90kgs currently and I need to lose weight fast for my career and health. Obesity runs in my family and diet and excercise is not really helping. I do not have thyroid or any other problems. Please advise
