Hello doctor, i want to know how to intake this medicine which has written in number 6 for prostate. because it has 2 type of medicine in a packet. Please help me to read.

tablet silodal d 8 mg plus 0.5 mg take both together at bedtime , but need to know your gland status and psa levels
