Generally in this age group especially if the baby is breast fed solely , small , frequent granular stools are common and they may not be due to infection in which no medication is needed. You should continue to feed the baby with breast milk , keep watch on the urine output and activity of the baby . Seek medical attention if baby is not feeding , has foul smelling watery stools , reduced urine output , is lethargic , has vomiting , irritability , abdominal swelling etc
