Hello Sir..there is no Medications which can help in Keratoconus..the treatment options comprises of Spectacles use and regular follow ups with your Cornea Specialist / Ophthalmologist. Initially depending on the status of the eye Rigid gas permeable contact lenses or Scleral contact lenses can be advised. Further treatment comprises of Corneal Collagen Cross Linking which halts or slows down the progression of Keratoconus. Very few cases extreme cases require surgical procedures like Penetrating Keratoplasty or DALK.
