I am suffering from GERD and on PPI and antacid.
My question is can i take chawayanpras and himalaya guduchi for immunity while taking gerd medicine

Take shankh vati , triphala or u can just take extrammune tablets...

You may take guduchi and amalaki( instead of chavanprasha)

U can take only guduchi (Tinorospora cordifolia) , avoid chyavanprash
