Please tell me how much loperamide hydrochloride to be given to a 23 year old female with frequent loose motions.

Ioperamide is given 2 capsules first ,then followed by a single capsule each time there's diarrhea not to exceed 8 per day.However be careful about the adverse effects of loperamide on GI system.

Your Doctor has not given any Loperamide.
The maximum dose of Loperamide is quite high . It should be left to the treating Doctor to give that kind of dose, not on tele-consultation.
