Medicine advise
Hello Doctor,
I am 58.years female,Diabetic type 2,since 8 years,have hypothyroid
also,taking 62.5 thyroxin .
Recently my physician prescribed me Tenlimac M(20mg+500mg) twice and glimpli-2mg
My blood sugar level is not coming down,it is high..HBA1C is 8.5
Average readings...
Fasting -150avg
After lunch(2 hours)-216
In jeneral-175-180 reading.
Above mention medicine is not working well I guess.
Having hyper bladder symptoms also...frequent urination and burning sensation too...
Earlier one doctor prescribed me Glimp-MP 1 twice a day and Teneligliptin 20 one's a day,by this medicine sugar level was under control but had put on lots of weight and breathless ness occured as side effect. So stoped it..
Now please advice me which medicine would be recommended for me...because TENLIMAC M500 and glimpiride 2 mg is not able to control sugar level.

You may need to add SGLT2 inhibitors. I think it can help you to loose weight as well as help in to get your sugars under control
