Though Diazepam tablets are prescribed for anxiety, symptoms caused by alcohol withdrawal, such as agitation or tremors or certain types of seizures, the side effects varies person to person.  Common ones are drowsiness, tiredness or fatigue, muscle weakness, inability to control muscle movements etc.  In some cases worsening of seizures such as increase in frequency and/or severity may occur. If that is the case please immediately consult your doctor who might change the medication or alter dosage. If none of the above continue medication as prescribed by the doctor. It takes time to work on your body.
