I am 32yo male. I am working out for quiet a time now I have started taking
Multivitamins (becadexamin) after Breakfast.
Vitamin C capsule - Noon
Vitamin E capsule - after workout
Fish COD capsule - before sleep
Does it has any sort of trouble to me. As I dint felt anything wrong with my body. With this I have approx 5ltrs. Of water intake.
Though I have Gallstone and its there for past 10 years
Pls. Guide me if I am doing anything wrong.
