Medication to get some results.
I am 32yo male. I am working out for quiet a time now I have started taking Multivitamins (becadexamin) after Breakfast. Vitamin C capsule - Noon Vitamin E capsule - after workout Fish COD capsule - before sleep Does it has any sort of trouble to me. As I dint felt anything wrong with my body. With this I have approx 5ltrs. Of water intake. Though I have Gallstone and its there for past 10 years Pls. Guide me if I am doing anything wrong. As this is not priscribed by any physician.

Please Avoid self medication To be healthy.. Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do meditation regularly Take water by sipping just like tea always Should take water 1.5 hr after food Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take milk plus cow ghee regularly Any multivitamin not needed
