Hi Doctor, I had a CABG Surgery one year back and am currently taking ROZAGOLD 20 one capsule every night. Could you suggest a less expensive but equally effective  alternative brand medicine which has same drug combination, as rozagold 20 is pretty expensive and I will have to take this medication lifelong. Thanks
