Cabg surgery
Hello doctor recently my father undergone coronary angiogram and suggested for cabg surgery. Attached report. Is it mandatory to go for surgery or any other options available without operation? If not it is possible for mics cabg surgery?

Dear Madam, Your Father CAG report shows triple vessel disease. Being a Diabetic patient with multiple blocks in the CAG, your Cardiologist has advised CABG..I agree with the doctor decision. Other options like angioplasty may be considered but that needs to be finalized only after seeing Angiogram CD.. MIDCAB option has to be discussed with the operating surgeon only.
