Medication for Kidney stone
Hi Doctor, I had a sharp abdominal pain at right and back side on reaching to doctor, I was asked to take an Ultrasound scan along with blood & urine test. Scan showed like no calculi seen. Blood test looked Normal other than haemoglobin level is .5 greater than normal value. Urine test showed acidic. So doc prescribed medicine for acidic urine and told calculi may be in tract so if I get pain again then we can take a C.T scan and confirm. After a week I got a pain again so we went and did a C.T immediately and it showed like 2 stones in left kidney ( 3 mm)  and 2 stones at right ( 4mm). He prescribed medication for 10 days... SILOFAST 4 mg to take at night and Aquazide 12.5 in the morning and drolgan if pain is sevre. I could see some side effects like my sperm is not coming out if I masturbate and I am feeling my stomach is upset and my nose is stuffy. My tongue is so dry during night. Do I need to go back and report this to the doctor immediately ?? Please help me.
