I m joining for cruise ship and my joining date 6/10/2023 so my medical report is Alkaline phosphatase 395 normal (108 to 306) and
Serum bilirubin 1.8 normal (0.1to 1.0) could you please tell me what to do and diagnose my problem thank you

It shows you have an infection in your liver.
But there's nothing to panic as it's very mild.
U can make some changes in food habit and medications for the infection will be sufficient
