May be Phimosis
I have issues retracting my foreskin on penis when it is erect. I do not know whether this problem arose as a result of inflammation/ infection or it is by birth. I never knew that foreskin could be pulled back, its only last year that I got to know about it while watching men's health videos.

Hello, Phimosis is a condition of the penis where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted over the glans penis. foreskin has to be pulled back while having sex ,otherwise it causes extreme pain.whatever the cause phimosis needs circumcision . Before that you need to consult general surgeon for examination .
