Masturbation problem
I face gastric and digestive problems whenever i masturbate. My face skin has become rough and i am also noticing small pimples. I am masturbating since last 6-7 years and now i masturbate around once a week . I really want to get rid of this but i always fail.
Please help.

Hey, pimples are common at this age due to harmonal variation ,involve in outdoor activities , work ,studies ,games ,meditation.masturbation once a week is not harmful
