My age is going to be 19 i am tottaly addicted to masturbation from when i was 14years old.... i have idea what i was doing ! Now days that side effects are showing me like penis is become very weak ,no stronger penis,no spream counts,become very thin, become very lazy... recently i had sex my penis didnt gets harder i got shamed infront of that girl...am tottly depressed about this matter.... please someone suggest me how to stop masturbation get penis back to normal position like others and long n thick! With good proteins and exercise

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness.

Hello...... Masturbation is not harmful to health.In fact fact it relieves you from tension ,you can masturbate once in three to four days.
Overmasturbation
Any habbit over in excess is not good for health. Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain etc... Avoid masturbation . Try to divert mind , hang out with friends, develop good habits , play games, read books, take away guilt from your. mind ,be positive have healthy nutritious foods, do exercise ,yoga.
