Hello.... In masturbation you loose semen ,ejaculated fluid contains semen with sperm that's natural , testicles produce sperm ,prostate semen ,don't worry about wastage.. you can masturbate once in three to fout days. Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain etc... ..
