Masturbation per se has no I'll effects. But the wrong perceptions you had has led to you to be anxious about it. The symptoms you are having appear to due to 'Anxiety neurosis' . So calm down. Practice one or two yogasanas, like breathing in and out etc. Also check your urine for infection and take treatment if the report shows infection in urine.
Next Steps
Do a urine examination at s nearby lab.

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Consult sex therapist...
