At your age, it is natural to masturbate more to satisfy your sexual urge. However you need to indulge in activities that are interesting, so that your mind gets somewhat diverted. Excessive masturbation does not cause any direct impact on physical health. However it can definitely have an adverse impact on mental health if one indulges in mastubation to an abnormally excessive extent. MODERATION IS NEEDED FOR A HEALTHY SEXUAL COMPOSURE.
