Masturbation doesn't cause any harm to long term sexual life. It does not cause small penis/ early ejaculation / bodily weakness. Its a way for satisfying sexual impulse during unmarried stage. Most of 90% around males all over the world do masturbation during unmarried stage. Its due to sexual hormone testosterone which is responsible for sexual urges.
Next Steps
There are certain techniques and medicines in some cases to increase sexual intercourse timings.
