I am kind of stuck with this masturbating habit. I've been doing it for past 5-6 years. Earlier, I use to masturbate 2-3 times a week but now it's kind of 4-5 times a week. I know it's not good for my health but I really don't know what to do. I would really like to get rid of this habit. These days, I'm working in day shift but I find it very hard to fell asleep. It's 1:35 AM when I'm writing this message and from last 1:30 hour I'm trying to sleep but no luck. In this situation, I end up masturbating so that I can fell asleep and it kind of works for me but I don't like it.
I would really appreciate of someone could share genuine solution for it.
