Hi sir
Whether masturbating is harmful to our health or no , if it's harmful please kindly give me some suggestions ,how to prevent it and also I would like to know about side effect .
Not: I'm masturbating since 4 year and since past two your I faced joint problem it means all my joint like hand, arm, feet, lower back , upper back has a chronic pain and getting stiffness and tight .
I'm always getting coldness.
