Sir one doctor told me that masturbating will affect my sexual performance. so can any doctor pls explain me how it will affect my sexual performance.

Its a very rèlative issue but generally its a common and natural practice. If at all masturbation affects in following ways in very few cases. 1. Compulsive masturbation with or without porn addiction. 2. If it is done in a fast manner it can result in pattern of premature ejaculation.3. A higher arousal threshold can lead to erectile dysfunction.
