Hi doctors,
I am married man, and from past 6 months i have an frequent masterbation habit starts. My wife is not active in bed, so i develop this habit & i enjoying it whenever my wife is not around me.
i do belo things;-
- I clean/shave my private parts daily which feels me attractive when i look myself or hold it.
- i stripped naked infront of mirror, i enjoy to see nude myself.
- then i play or press my nipple, till i ejaculate.
- and then i swallow my semen , i enjoy its taste now.
But, now i feel i am having excessive masterbation, and i want to reduce frequency but i cant resist myself when i see myself naked.
I bought "chastity cage for men" to lock my penis, to reduce masterbation frequency, but now i get ejaculate without touching my penis, its just release when i touch my body or nipple or squeeze my thigh, while putting chastity cage.
Please help how i can reduce masterbations?
And, does swallow own semen is normal for man ?
I don't know to which doctor i consult ?

Consult a sexologist. Get a couple therapy session done if you would like to add partnered sex too. Enjoying your own body in front of the mirror is normal. Chastity cage, not a good idea.
But yes ejaculation out of your control might need further discussion.

Swallow your own semen is safe medically
Don’t use chastity cage as it can cause serious penniless injury
Your problem can be helped by treatment by a psychiatrist . Medication and Psychotherapy can help your urge for masturbation
