  4. Massive hole in tonsil. Perfectly fine.

There is a massive hole in one of my tonsils with a white film over the top, it is uncomfortable but not sore and the other tonsil is perfectly fine.

The hole in your tonsil are the crypts which has widened probably. If it is too big then you may need to undergo surgery. But before that take antibiotics course.
