Massage for tmjy
I massage my cheek or jaw muscles by rubbing and pressing in a circular motion during the treatment of jaw disorder. Is there anything wrong in doing this massage? Can you suggest me some effective massage techniques for the same? How can I clear the doubts about my treatment and jaw problem arising alaways in my mind? Please help....
