Masaage oil for muscle pain relief
Hello,
Please suggest me an oil for massaging neck, shoulders and back. My muscles are weak it seems as per physiotherapist.
My physiotherapist said to do some exercises daily. It is working also. If I get an oil massage then i feel relaxed. So pls suggest me.

I think message is not to gain the strength... T s useful to surgeon the pain if it Associated... Dnt get lured by advertisements n loose ur heard earned money... Consult a good doctor for proper diagnosis n plan treatment accordingly
