Hello Patient
to make a noticeable difference in your healtg, the daily fish oil dosage for adults should be from 2000 to 3000mg of EPA and DHA combined. This should be taken consistently, with food, for approximately 8 to 12 weeks before the effects will start to kick in.
Moreover, though this capsules have safe level of mercury in it but there's a risk of hypervitaminosis A.
So be careful as no doctor has prescribed you this.

U can take one capsule daily. Ya, it contains omega 3 which is beneficial for health. As there is no major side effects but It can cause side effects like belching, bad breath, heartburn, loose stools, and nausea. Take for 3 months.
