I have got many pimples and acne on my forehead because of dandruff and taking care of dandruff now but need to remove these pimples and acne kindly help

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
