Manic episode
My dad has bipolar disorder, he is on medication. He is having a manic episode and wants to call the police. He is not a danger to himself or others. But I am worried that he is becoming paranoid. What do I do.

I think you should consult a local psychiatrist asap.. I think he might have missed his medication for relapse?
