Manic depression
Hi doctor..I read about manic depression..I and think I may be having this disorder.i don't what to do..but I am unable to sleep properly since 4 nights,my appetite has reduced,no finding happiness even when I am achieving at workplace. Please help

Hi, Hope you have people to support you during this time. By your description, I believe you may have inner conflicts. These inner conflicts trouble us when there is increased stress, responsibility and changes that are uncomfortable. Low mood, lack of Happiness, Sleeplessness, Worrying etc are seen.

This may not be manic depression.  It can be GAD, that too at a nascent stage and can be worked out.
